Eligibility will depend upon the following requirements: 

 

•  Current residence in either Ascension or surrounding parishes 

•  Registration and membership agreement completed and signed. 

•  Rules of Conduct, and Handbook acknowledgement signed  

•  Payment in full of membership fees  

•  Course Sign-Up sheet completed and submitted to Scheduling Coordinator   

•  Acceptance of invitation to LHC'S online group  

•  A simple majority vote by the Board
